Today we will be discussing mobile livelihoods, often characterized by nomadic people. Nomadic life is often considered traditional or simple life.

It is the way that our ancestors lived from the beginning of human existence. It is sometimes easy to forget then, that this is still a way of life for many people across the world, and it is certainly not as simple as we often believe it to be.

Today, nomadic lifestyles are still prevalent across the world, and in Somalia especially. These lives benefit both the rural lands and those within the cities.
